Shipping Policy

 

1. Processing time:

  • Each item is crafted and customized based on your specifications, with a processing period of 3-7 business days.
  • Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to reflect updates.
  • The ongoing pandemic may result in potential delays in order processing and shipping.

2. Shipping Time:

  • US:  7-14 business days
  • CA – AU: 10-15 business days 
  • REST OF WORLD: 10-15 business days 

3. Shipping cost:

US: 

  • First item: $4.95
  • Each additional item: $2.95

CA – AU:

  • First item: $5.95
  • Each additional item: $2.95

REST OF WORLD:

  • First item: $6.95
  • Each additional item: $2.95

4. Modify or Cancel Orders:

  • Following order placement, you have a 12-hour window to reach out and request modifications or cancellations without charge.
  • Orders are processed for production after the initial 12-24 hours. In case of a cancellation request, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to the total invoice.
  • Additionally, refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement.
